Afaik there is no official fourcc for theora.
In MPlayer we have both "theo" and "Thra", so probably samples exist
with those fourccs, even if i can't find any now.
Googling around you fing references to "theo" also unrelated to MPlayer.

If anybody knows about an official (or more widespread) fourcc please
report.
