For lack of demuxers in nutmerge, not for lack of ability. My lavf-libnut 
patch works beautifully with the very few formats I've tested with. You're 
welcome to test it out on more stuff...

You can test index-less seeking in NUT (please do! I could use more
testers :), use 'mplayer -noidx' on a NUT file (with mplayer compiled 
with libnut...)
