yes, but this has nothing to do with the discussion at hand.
noone has suggested to NOT include the needed headers.

if robert forgot the headers no variant of the rule would have avoided
that.

Iam arguing against a rule of direct inclusion of all headers, mans is
apparently arguing in favor of such rule in some of his mails though
others contradict this again.
