Because we need it for fixing h.264 timestamps besides it fixes the
issue with duplicated frames where they can be avoided.

i dont mind reverting this, if you want
but reverting means no complete h264 timestamp fix in the release and
frames will still be duplicated in cases of variable fps even when unneeded.

and besides -vsync 1 on the command line reverts the effect of this commit
at runtime
