Well, in comparison definitely. On the other hand there are even slower CPUs
However more importantly it can serve as a testbed for such API things, provides
an example of how to use it and there might be parts that can be made public that
will reduce the amount of code duplicated between player supporting it, even
when they use it to display directly.
