[FFmpeg-cvslog] Move metadata API from lavf to lavu.

Anton Khirnov git at videolan.org
Thu Jun 9 05:16:03 CEST 2011

ffmpeg | branch: master | Anton Khirnov <anton at khirnov.net> | Sun May 22 12:45:00 2011 +0200| [d9f80ea2a7325f9c84307568843512811a99baff] | committer: Anton Khirnov

Move metadata API from lavf to lavu.

Rename it to AVDictionary, since it will be used as such. Tags
documentation and metadata conversion API is lavf-specific, so remains
there.
