[FFmpeg-cvslog] targa: convert to bytestream2.

targa: convert to bytestream2.

Also remove some write-only variables or write-only variable
assignments, remove internal colorspace conversion to native
endianness (that can be done by swscale much more efficiently),
and some cosmetics.
