[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavf: Use MoveFileEx instead of rename/_wrename on windows

lavf: Use MoveFileEx instead of rename/_wrename on windows

This allows getting the normal unix semantics, where a rename
allows replacing an existing file.

Based on a suggestion by Reimar Döffinger.
