ffmpeg | branch: master | Ludmila Glinskih <lglinskih at gmail.com> | Fri Jul 31 16:01:43 2015 +0300| [e23a01c06df324d66b3924c3ea47cd5cf5ec017e] | committer: Michael Niedermayer

api-seek-test: first version

Works only with video stream.
First pass without seeking -- counts crcs of a frames and store it in an array.
After that it seeks a lot in different places and checks if crcs of these frames and crcs of frames in array are the same.
