[FFmpeg-cvslog] parseutils: add support for ms and us suffix for AV_OPT_TYPE_DURATION

parseutils: add support for ms and us suffix for AV_OPT_TYPE_DURATION

supported suffixes are:
- s: seconds (default when no suffix specified)
- m or ms: milliseconds
- u or us: microseconds
