[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavc/vaapi_encode: fix propagating durations and opaques

lavc/vaapi_encode: fix propagating durations and opaques

input_image is freed by the time the output packet is constructed, so we
need to store copies in VAAPIEncodePicture.
