Ok, never mind. 
In my projects, I always handle all cases when switching over an enum,
so gcc ideally never warns about missing cases. This helps finding all 
the locations, which must be changed once a new enum value is defined. In 
lavc it's different, and, yes, they aren't really bugs :)

The other 2 patches from last night seem more important anyway.
