I haven't tested this patch, and I'm not necessarily in a position to
try to do so, but I was consistently getting 'nan' fps for the output in
my now-backburnered experiments with those MP4 files with misdetected
audio. There appears to be a problem somewhere in the current FFmpeg
code itself.
