[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] --enable-codec implicitly disables others

This changes ./configure --enable-codec="eeny meeny" to only use the 
eeny and meeny codecs and implicitly disable all others.
Right now the option is broken anyway since it just adds another copy 
of an existing codec, since all are on by default.

If this is not the desired function, I would like something like 
--disable-all-codecs so you can do "--disable-all-codecs 
--enable-codec=one".
