[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] fix for PSP encoding

This patch is working for i586 and x86_64 and a PSP with 2.0 firmware.

One small issue it has, with this command line:

ffmpeg -y -i "small.avi" -title "SMALL" -f psp -r 29.97 -s 368x208 -b 
400 -acodec aac -ar 24000 -ab 32 "M4V10034.MP4"

The output fps is nan ?
