[Ffmpeg-devel] frame questions

Hi!

I use ffmpeg for encoding and I would like to
manipulate frame information.
The main goal is to make a frame last for a specified
time. For example if a stream's frame rate is 25 fps,
is it possible to make 1 frame last for 2 frames' time
with AVI output format? If it's possible, how
(sturcture, member name)?
