[Ffmpeg-devel] dump_format output stream framerate

In dump_format the output video stream framerate is given by

av_q2d(st->r_frame_rate)

Whereas it used to be

1/av_q2d(st->codec->time_base)

>From what I can tell st->r_frame_rate is only set in av_find_stream_info
which is only called for input streams so no sensible value is dumped:

ffmpeg -y -i in.mpg out.mpg

Input #0, mpeg, from 'in.mpg':

  Stream #0.1: Audio: mp2, 44100 Hz, stereo, 64 kb/s
Stream mapping:
  Stream #0.0 -> #0.0
  Stream #0.1 -> #0.1

Is this a known bug?

Chris
