copy the watermark code in \vook\watermark.c to ffmpeg.c. Let the  
frame_hook_add() called in add_frame_hooker(),and frame_hook_process() called  in 
pre_process_video_frame() use the local functions in ffmpeg.

There are some error of course, but it's easy to  correct.

Could anybody provide me instructions on  how to enable vhook on Windows. If  
I enable it in the config file it  does find lib -ldl in MinGW.  I  need 
for watermarking.
