[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] shut up nonsense error messages

Currently libavcodec/error_resilience.c spits out "error messages" like
the following for some files:

[rv10 @ 0x102ab688]concealing 0 DC, 0 AC, 0 MV errors

Zero errors does not look like a good reason to spam the console to me.
Therefore I suggest the patch below.
