Unfortunately they have a *big* missing part: patents (whatever one's 
opinion on patents). All 3 MPEG-1 ISO/IEC 11172 specs quote pages and 
pages of possible patent holders, even though IIRC only Audio Layer 3 
has any dispute related to it (BTW when does the patent in question 
expire? Should be soon, no?)
