I wrote them. The only thing the ogg muxer muxes right now is ogguvs and
oggpcm. OggPCM was developed with the help of the some people at xiph,
the author of libsndfile, and a few others.. Check ogg-dev archives if
you're interested. OggUVS was developed mostly alone, though it is
documented as a draft spec on xiph's wiki.

Frankly, I've had a hard enough time trying to get anybody to look at
the the fixes, let alone adding features. Not to mention the general
animosity (with good technical reason) for all that is ogg/xiph over
there. Certainly had no reason to keep it secret..
