[Ffmpeg-devel] no sound for when converting to .flv

i tried adding "--enable-mp3lame" to the configuration but it came up with:

ERROR: LAME not found

.. how do i get "lame"? i'm building ffmpeg on windows using msys+mingw.
i'm sorry if this is a basic question, but i've never built any program
before.

You need --enable-mp3lame also.
