[Ffmpeg-devel] [RFC] regression tests and options/license

Hi

I notice that currently there are some problems with regression tests
and GPL/LGPL (gxf muxer, libswscale) and it could be nice to also tests
features (mp3 muxing in flv if enabled, h264 muxing in mov/mp4, amr etc...)

How that should be cleanly done ? Different ref files ? Any idea ?
