I want just download library, compile it and use without headaches.
I do not want to fight with compile time troubles with every library
which I use.
I (and not only I, hope) just want spent my time on task I'm solving.

Yes, we (even I) could write inttypes.h for MSVS. But it should be shipped
with FFMpeg, not as separate packet.
