I've promised to create one when I'll have free time. There was none still.
I've looked in between times to C99 Standard and it looks like it will be
not so easy to implement full stdint.h + inttypes.h. However as far as I know
we need only stdint.h to link with FFMpeg. May be due to fact that PRI*, *_MIN
and *_MAX things defined in common.h.
