[Ffmpeg-devel] BUG: Unable to compile ffmpeg from svn

Hello,

bash included in MinGW does not work too.

$ sh --version
GNU bash, version 2.04.0(1)-release (i686-pc-msys)
Copyright 1999 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

However, if I disable sh-version check at the top of configure script
it configures successfully.
