[Ffmpeg-devel] The "reason for" in H.263

Hi there,

I want to make an appeal here...
I'm receiving packets coded in H.263 on QCIF format (176x144).

I pass them through an AVParser and then I decode them. The resulting format
is YUV4:2:0. After that I convert them to RGB24.

This is the result when I open the images on Paint Shop Pro.

I want to ask the experts here if any of you can figure out why the frame 10
and 20 are in a very bad shape at the end. I think that the problem with the
other frames are related to this one.

So.. I'm accepting suggestions :)
