Missing comma after "changes", and another after the end-paren.
"build failures" (or "a build failure or a security fix, 3 days for any
other small change, 1 week for a big patch"), for parallelism.
"OK" or "okay"
Missing period at the end of the sentence.

In line with that last, missing capitalization on "Also".
