[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Show Subversion revision number in the version string

Hi all,

Attached patch makes ffmpeg show SVN revision string instead of just "HEAD" as 
it is now. So it looks like this now :

FFmpeg version SVN-r5498, Copyright (c) 2000-2004 Fabrice Bellard

This would greatly help people finding out if their copy of ffmpeg has some 
bugfix/feature etc. Patch also removes FFMPEG_VERSION from avcodec.h and 
incidently fixes first part of the TODO there.
