the original bugreport poster used some 3:0.cvs20050918-5ubuntu1 ffmpeg
which whatever it is is not latest unmodified ffmpeg -> so he
was ignored by me, if you post a full bugreport based on ffmpeg-svn
maybe someone can help then again maybe the issue is not so trivial
and noone will help ...

and at least include full ffmpeg output which shows that 1 frame is
really lost and which codecs where invloved exactly
