Ok, sorry, I was able to upload a file to my site (compressed):

http://www.heapify.org/etc/type1dv-sinewave.avi.bz2

The video is all black but has a sine wave playing. Running with the
following will get it to crash in the seek:

ffmpeg -ss 5 -i type1dv-sinewave.avi
