Well suppose you have a sample 720x576 yuv420p

ffmpeg -i <file> -pix_fmt yuv422p -vcodec dvvideo out.mov makes it
DVCPRO50. Personnaly I don't mind but I think -vcodec dvcpro50 is more
understandable, forcing PIX_FMT_YUV422P in AVCodec.

same for a sample with yuv422p if you want to do dv25.
But I guess this problem is very relative to DV.
