[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] make rc_strategy==1 fail without xvid support

The attached patch makes ff_rate_control_init() bail out if
rc_strategy==1 and lavc wasn't compiled with xvid support. Currently, it
silently goes ahead and uses internal ratecontrol.
