Are you sure ftello64 and fseeko64 does not exist on MingW/Cygwin ? I
can see it in headers :

stdio.h :
int __cdecl fseeko64 (FILE*, off64_t, int);

#ifdef __USE_MINGW_FSEEK
int __cdecl __mingw_fseeko64 (FILE *, off64_t, int);
#define fseeko64(fp, offset, whence)  __mingw_fseeko64(fp, offset, whence)
#endif

They could have implemented fseeko and ftello.
Change fseeko to fseeko64 and ftello to ftello64, Does it compile ?
