well currently we all read it, so its just a little more work for one or
2 people while significantly less for everyone else ...

iam fine with that too, but what about mails which really belong to
ffmpeg-devel ...

we also should filter replies without "re:" (=idiots hitting reply and
just changing the subject)

could we also detect top posts automatically? :)
