AFAIK, the dvb-t test is currently only from the Crystal Palace
transmitter in London.

But the BBC are also broadcasting a very similar h264 test stream via
DVB-S - on one of the Astra satellites at 28 degrees east.

Both broadcasts are unencrypted.
