[Ffmpeg-devel] collaborative bug tracker : Malone

In the same mood of Rich email about patchwork[1], recently I had the
chance to read about Malone[2].

Looks an interesting place for coordination and hopefully make sure
distributors don't get wrong some details (like version numbers) and
some patches won't get lost or get redone and redone.
