Either the build system got recently broke or there is a missing
swscale.h when you build w/out --enable-gpl --enable-swscale...


make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/ffmpeg/libavcodec/swscale.h',
needed by `ffmpeg.o'.  Stop.

today svn, stock ./configure --prefix=/usr && make

Some files got uncommitted?
