dunno, the silly microsoft rgb flip is done if and only if
RGB && biHeight<0 in avi (and probably asf)
i dunno if any application supports this correctly ...

feel free to add a flip flag to AVCodecContext and set it in avidec.c
and let libavcodec/raw.c flip the image thing if needed

or suggest an alternative
