Although some of them are not really useful yet, I think the list is fairly 
complete and futureproof. 7680x4800 should be enough for everyone ;-)

I think these should be added too (perhaps one 1440x1080 cam format is 
enough). They are becoming more and more common lately.

These are handy for all those people converting their movies to mp4, flv, 
whatever, for their mobile devices. But perhaps it will get out of hand 
quickly if we add all types of devices, so maybe we should limit the list 
to ipod and psp or drop them all together.

Yes, we could drop these for the moment. I might add them when I start 
working at a Cineon/DPX decoder. Also, it seems that not all filmscanners 
output compatible image sizes for, say, academy 35mm 4perfs cinemascope. 
Perhaps a common denominator has to be found and the exceptions have to be 
specified specifically (like oxberry_academy2k 2048x1494, etc).
