Dear Sir,

Since I'd like to compile to latest SVN revision, however, I found the frame
rate of 3gp in mpeg4 codec having wrong frame rate parsed by ffmpeg.

# ffmpeg -i 027.3gp -sameq -qmin 8 -qmax 31 -acodec mp3 -ac 1 -ar 11025 -f
flv -y foo.flv

Why is the latest SVN revision 7793 of FFMpeg getting wrong with 3gp mpeg4
input format ? Because it always says the wrong frame rate 990.00 fps(r), it
should be 14.98(r) indeed.
