also it doesnt have to be decent, it just has to work, and i think most
are better then just using a mailinglist and constantly forgetting patches
and bugreports ...
its ironic considering how many mpeg related things you have forgotten,
this wouldnt have happened even with the most crappiest bug/patch tracker
