 From an old DOS/Windows/Linux user/admin
It' certainly a better to use a commercial platform :
- To install this software you must have SPx outdated  installed and all 
securities
updates (no dependencies ? )
- dummy.dll not found but it is not a part of this software, that's your 
look out. :-!
- If dummy software is installed, desinstall it. :-[
- This release cannot read old fileformat.and old release don't work  
with new OS.
