Thank you for looking at this; it appears that the fps is being detected
correctly.  However, now the Audio and Video aren't in sync for most of the
shows I tested.  I tried this with the same sample I gave you for the fps
problem (Channel 4 News_Channel 4_20_10_2006_19_00_01.dvr-ms).  It looks
like the video is ahead of the audio.

Should I post this as a new issue?
