[FFmpeg-devel] encoding frames into a transport stream in real time

hi,
     Can anyone suggest me a method of how to encode the individual frames
into a transport stream and then stream out the transport stream to a
different system.I have gone through the mpeg2tsenc.c program,but i am
facing diificulty in invoking the functions.
