The important question is: How to produce it?

Move your own vc1.h out of the way (mv vc1.h vc1.bak)
Svn copy vc1.c -> vc1.h locally: svn copy vc1.c vc1.h
Move your own vc1.h back (mv vc1.bak vc1.h)
Produce diff: svn diff vc1.h
Before submitting, make sure the patch contains no cosmetic changes;-)
