[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Simplify pcm.c - Phase III

This patch applies the PCM ENCODE/DECODE() macros to the S/U,8/24/32,LE/BE
PCM codecs. It passes the new PCM regression tests, and produces good
sounding from my collection of raw/pcm sample files.
