[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add high resolution PSP examples to faq.

Hi!

This patch adds an example of higher resolution video encoding for the
PSP to the faq. This works in my PSP with firmware version 4.05.

This applies after the previous patch wich fixed the vcoded in the
samples.
