[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] fix PCM S16LE PLANAR address calculation

The pcm recent upgrade patches were not thoroughly tested
against S16LE_PLANAR. This patch fixes a bug in the calculation
of the source buffer address of each audio plane/channel.
(n now indicates the number of samples per channel, NOT the
total number of samples)
