The mp2/wma are likely caused due to different floatingpoint optimizations.
But if you want then you can analyze the files, find out where they differ
and trace it back to the cause.
Alternatively these tests could be disabled for ICC (patch welcome i suspect)

Asymptotically faster algorithms should always be preferred if you have
asymptotical amounts of data
